Will defends injury by accident and occupational exposure cases throughout North Carolina. He represents employers and carriers in cases involving compensability issues, employment and contractor disputes, subrogation and lien rights, insurance coverage disputes, and OSHA standards.
Will has experience representing clients at all levels of the North Carolina Industrial Commission and state trial courts, the North Carolina Court of Appeals, the North Carolina Supreme Court and the United States Department of Labor. He is admitted to practice in state and federal court, and is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the Wake County Bar Association and the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys.
Will grew up in Hickory, North Carolina with his two younger brothers. Will graduated from NC State University and Campbell Law School. He lives in Raleigh with his wife, Lindsey.
