Elliott joined Anders Newton after graduating from Campbell Law School in 2019 and chose workers’ compensation insurance defense as his area of practice due to his personal experience working with several employers and familiarity with the ins and outs of employee-employer relationships. He represents employers and carriers in injury by accident, occupational disease, and insurance coverage claims.
Elliott graduated from Wake Forest University in 2016 and then proceeded directly into law school. He was involved in the Wake Forest student-run newspaper and competed in the Kilpatrick Stockton Mock Trial Competition and the Old Kivett Moot Court Competition while at Campbell. In his free time, Elliott enjoys hunting and fishing off the Eastern Coast of North Carolina. He grew up in New Bern, North Carolina with his older half-brother and younger sister and currently lives in Raleigh, North Carolina.
